Another Métro-drawing, I did it last Thursday, it was cold outside and I probably felt a bit cold inside. This is a protective spirit.

This kind of reminds me of that Baby photographer.. that I cant think of her name at the moment..I think it is Anne Getty? or something like that.. she has calendars and books out. Anyway I could just picture her doing a photo of a baby cocooned like this.

Nice baby cocoon. I feel like she's just about to get born into the world and turn into a butterfly. She looks so swaddled. I'd like to be swaddled sometimes myself.
This is a wonderful image. How great you are to be able to convey such warmth and security in black and white. I love it the way it is but also see it made into a 3 dimensional textile piece with tons of texture.
