HAPPY THANKSGIVING - A walk on the Champs Elysées

Happy Thanksgiving to my american friends!

At the moment I take the bus n°22 up to the Champs-Elysées Avenue, then I walk until George V station and take the metro n° 1 until Reuilly Diderot station in the 11th arrondissement at the other end of the town.
I took these photos last week and had no time to work on them. Today I thought it would be nice to take you to a lovely walk down this famous avenue. I made some close-ups of details I'd like to share with you, have a great day and enjoy!

Great shots Andrea. What is that building with the glass bubble? and the famous Arch too. It looks cold tho to be out walking. Everyone huddled in their coats.
How fun you got to go sketch for so long. A good & fun way of keeping up on Art everday. Nice drawing too.
Thanks for sharing.
I did another bird and will post it later. Since it is early here my morning ritual is EATING second thing after feeding the animals.
well maybe 3rd thing. after checking emails. Lol.

Cris, unfortunately I forgot to have a look at who is in that glass-bubble building! I'll do that as soon as I can:) Hope you had time to eat by now!

The pictures are wonderful! I was lucky enough to visit Paris a few years ago with my friend/neighbor, who is French...and also a wonderful fiber artist! We had so much fun visiting many parts of France. The metro was a bit stressful for me, since I'm not used to crowds! Hopefully, I will make it back there again someday!
Off to make some pumpkin pie!
I really enjoy your blog!

I loved the visit to your fair city! I've seen the older buildings and arch first hand many years ago, but fun to see them through your eyes. The newer modern buildings remind me of our San Francisco. The bubble building is quite unique however. Do like it when you take us on these tours.

These are just beautiful snapshots of Paris. I visited there many years ago and would love to go back - thank you for the stroll!
