Contemporary Buzz n° 1/2/3

The trends are full of contrasts. We hop from cool to warm, from rough to smooth, from opaque to transparent etc.

"CONTEMPORARY BUZZ" (n°1 Rush Hour, n° 2 Shopping Bag, n°3 Lounge) are about bright, sometimes fluorescent colours, chinese dolls, LED lamps, transparency, illuminated graphic spaces:

And also bright green, orange, yellow, red, reflecting in glass surfaces,

red and black laquered furniture and objects, simple versus intricate shapes:

Lynn yes, I love how the names for the colours come flying through the air to me after I made up the colourway, it is almost natural. For me it is a little like writing poems:), have a wonderful day

human being said...: Yes, they are really modern depicting the spirit of our time ... the joy we can find in these seemingly familiar forms and colors.... Your compositions,however, tells us that we have missed a lot... we should look more closely..
