He makes me think of a famous cartoon character

More balding and bald men in the metro give me the opportunity to study headshapes. Mr. Homer Simpson here sat for me, quietly, giving me time to draw what remains of his hair. On top of the round bald head there is a bit of fuzz.

Here I concentrated on their profiles, exaggerating their traits in the line drawing, looking mainly at the faces and very seldom on the paper.
She was oblivious of everything surrounding her and gave me much time..THANK YOU!

Oh how I envy you these live models who sit so patiently for you to draw! All so well done and love what my teacher calls "sneak a peek" by not looking down at the drawing very often but letting your eyes be the pen.

These are all so wonderful, Andrea. You are so good at capturing personalities and mood. I feel as if I might know these people myself. It also makes me wonder how many times I've maybe been watched without knowing. (weird!) But I'd be flattered if someone like you was making me a work of art. Happy Easter to you too!

I too love that tuft of fuzz on top of this man's head. The profiles are great too, everyone is concentrating on their small world, not look up and about. Posing so nicely for you. Happy Sunday.

Versprochen! (ich hoffe, Du arbeitest! Grins, so richtig?)

Oh these are truly great! I love how they sit for you so nicely giving you the time to get the details you like. Homer seemed truly oblivious to what you were doing :) I love them all...at least it was not a smelly ride today!

I still say Paris Metro Authority (or whatever the agency is there) needs to purchase a series of these for the stations...or a gallery show!

Hugs!

That's a great idea Kim had. The metro people need to display these.
I too am in wonder at your being able to draw by looking only at the subjects.
I always look forward to your Metroheads.
