Translation of Poppy-Feeling and Award

Experimenting again with my cropped-up painting (Soulbrush and Lynn , can't unfortunately trade the cards as I still need them...)

I made a square "cache", in order to change perspectives, and then painted the new image on 25 x 25 paper with oil-pastels. Proceeded the same way with two other images and would like to continue like this, in order to create a new body of work for an exhibition. I feel that this is a kind of visual translation of what I feel when I look at poppies....

Andrea, this work is truly beautiful. You are gaining a lot from this experience and it seems as though this 'process' is working incredibly well for you. These pieces are amazing! I just love how you have taken the poppies and completely abstracted them in a way which is exceptionally appealing!

Congratulations on the Award! You are very deserving to be sure!

Keep going with this lovely body of work!
