"Tweedledum", hit the magic button....

©estandrea 2009

Just as I hit the "insert a picture" button, the button hit me back!!!!!!!

WOW...

I mean, I hit this button, then a picture I painted appears on a screen by I don't know what means, and then, right there, YOU can see it!!!! Something I will always marvel at, but often I forget how magical this is and that I'm lucky to be able to communicate with you out there. And you with me. Aren't we lucky?

Tweedledum could be the dance we dance with modern life:)

Have a wonderful weekend,
love
Andrea

Yes, I agree, blogger is impressive and magical. I am in awe how it has taken such an important place in my life these past two years. I love how it connects me to YOU, to others, all over the world. It is truly amazing. And how this connection has inspired me, taught me to be more creative than ever before in my life on a daily basis.

Your painting is whimsical and magical too. I enjoy the dance across the page, the screen, life!

You have a terrific day and weekend. A wonderful life.

Yes this is pretty amazing. Something I didnt even have a vision of 10 years ago. Its been a fun ride too. Who would have thought my looking for some Artists to get inspired by would lead to this. Now if they can just figure out how we can just pop over for a quicky visit there in an instant I would be tickled pink. LOL
Thats a Lovely free spirited painting.

Lynn's comment - me too. It IS amazing how important blogger has become to us - and how we've grown as artists because of it.
Love the dancing pants!

Oh I love this painting. It is sooooo happy and fun loving.

Isn't it interesting how this magical network can do these amazing things? You know, some of the magic we feel is due to never having this when we were growing up. I think about how much more my own children accomplish with their studies than I did and it all has to do with using the computer. They can't imagine how I had to look up word meanings in a book, or any kind of knowledge I wanted. They couldn't believe I did not even own a calculator until I was almost 18 and then only because I was going to need it for college. The other day a new phone book was delivered to our house and the kids had a fit! Why would they waste paper to print something like that? They never think to look in the phone book, but they go straight to the computer when they want to find a number, etc.

We can share and learn so much. You are right, just meeting people and making such wonderful friends opens up a whole new world. I know, for me, I don't feel so all alone in my thinking now. I have found people who are of similar mind and that feels good!

Thank you Dear Andrea for reminding me to be grateful for the magic!

Have a Great Weekend!

The internet is truly a mystery! Even as someone who has grown up with it for most of my life, I still don't understand it. It's really incredible the way we can instantly share things and get information! I fumble through my blog and website stuff, but even so, pressing the "publish" button and having my thoughts projected to the entire world via the web is pretty magical!
