SPIRIT POCKETS (America asleep)

I will be away for a week, so I wanted to post this yesterday evening, but Google was crowded. Had to wait until this morning, so that America is asleep:)

Ritual objects are so interesting. So I did these sketches of spiritpockets and a sun which I'd like to do in fabric to go with masks. Will have to do some more research on this.
Bye, dear blog-friends, see you in a week with great pleasure! - Andrea

Beautiful sketches - love the delicate colours. It will be interesting to see what your 'research' uncovers. Perhaps you could tell us a little bit more about your technique or process for researching a subject? Something I'm not very practised at!

Have a great week - Will miss you dreadfully :-)

I am curious now about your interest in the spirit relm. Where does this come from, what's it about, where is it going?
Inquiring minds want to know.

So you drew first in pencil or ink then used water colors to paint?
