Thought confetti and the Opera - Gedankenkonfetti und die Pariser Oper

Desert donkey and rose, wish-fish and cactusblossoms, runman and bubblegirl, proud peacock and pondering penguin, cissors and plancton. And the opera in Paris. Have a lovely day:)

Delightful sketches. I love those fish and birds. And hot desert. The opera house is quite distinctive. I think I have an old Paris post card in my Paris Post Card collection of the opera house. Most of my postcards are from the 20's and 30's.

They must have recently gilded that statue. It stands out tall and shiny.

Suki thank you, I love to do these, they are so spontaneous, and it's like cloud-reading..
And yes, that is what I thougt too about the angels on the opera house, must have guilded them recently, it almost is toooo golden for me, weird against that grey, loaden sky...

Andrea, I just get a bang out of your paint smears, "thought confetti". I like the bubble-head girl.

Your photos are so beautiful despite the dark sky. In fact, I think the dark skies add mood to the picures. Wonderfully historic buildings.

I love the wish fish , there sweet and l just feel like putting my toe's in the desert and it would warm me through.
The beautifull statue, why does it look so new, do people go up an keep cleaning it as its so beautiful,
