This man had a big, soft beard. It looked soft. And he had a cane, but time was too short to draw the cane as I spent my time concentrating on the face and the beard. Two times he looked over to me and I pretended to draw doodles without looking at anyone...knowing that, of course, we often sense it if someone fixes his gaze on us. I do not want to upset people but time is too short to introduce myself and ask them their permission. On the other hand I'm sure that they feel that I love their faces...
