Something's hatching !

This morning, while wandering alongside the mountain stream of my overflowing imagination, I met her:

I approached her with caution, she didn't seem hostile. Then I saw that she looked a bit flustered.
I came nearer and saw the two eggs she guarded. One of them very big, twice the size of an ostrich egg, with muted colors. I wonder weather there are dragon species who, like cuckoos, put their eggs in other peoples' nests. Perhaps that's why she looked so upset!

The other one, smaller, somehow looked a lot more like HER egg, I thought. And it was hatching!

I slowly backed away after a while, not wanting to disturb her. I'll go back tomorrow to see if the offspring is out:)

I wish I had an imagination that overflows like that. Wonderful!

Oh Andrea...your muse is having off-spring? All of this color is popping out everywhere! I wonder, though, if maybe the other egg...the large one is really a gift from your muse and the little one is 'another muse' there to help out. Either way, it looks like you have some nurturing to do there!

Wow! These watercolors really inspire me to give this medium a shake again. Also, I keep wanting to be a little dot in the corner of the page to be there observing closer all which is going on and happening in these paintings. I see so much, the more I look!

Love the colors...who wouldn't, right? Of course, I also love the story you are weaving here.

Thanks so much!

Suki, wow, thanks that is a compliment wow. But I feel humble when I'm painting with watercolor, not really like a master:) (or is a master humble?)
