It's hot here in Paris, I have been out at a quarter to seven this morning, walking in the still reasonably fresh air. Now I'm going to make some fresh orange juice, look at my beautiful Hydrangea on the balcony and Oscar, who will be watching the sparrows, and then I'll be working on the next "Fragment". At noon I'll leave for safetyjob, I'll be swallowed again by Paris Underground.... it's ok cause right now it seems to be less crowded down there, as people already left for summer vaccations.

Yvette, yes, now I was eager to post a picture of a painting, I'm tired (already) of posting photographs, I'm bored after a while... and just have to post a piece of the real thing:)
Jessie, here too, it's getting hotter by the minute and we too have been promised a very hot week, especially towards the end of the week. So, a big city like Paris is not the BEST place to be in during heat. Thanks for the compliment on the Fragments, I'm into oilpastels, up to my ears:)

I love to read about the daily things you do. As if i am a little bit in Paris myself. I love Paris (in the morning) is popping up in my mind. :-)
I love the structure you create with the lines (i cannot explain exactly) as if the lines are thicker and lying upon the drawing or something. Great work!
