Syki, the soul kytes: the word came to my mind, when I was painting shapes looking like kytes ,it was one of my first posts. They looked like they were going up vertically, off to another place, world, time..:)

These also look like things I could easily free style sew onto a quilt. Hummmmmmmmmm. Love all the shapes. Y in Kytes? Hey, I just thought you spelled like me.

Andrea, I spent some time hanging out at your blog today--love your work. And You have those Cocoon spirit masks/pieces---they look very much like some paintings I have done. I will post them on my blog so you can see what I am refering to.
