Sign of the Zodiac - Pisces

This came "out of my brush" yesterday. I made a blue brushstroke which developed into the little woman dancing with the fish. I dedicate it to the women born under the sign of Pisces.

Andrea,
I am not a Pisces but I love this illustration.
I love the colors and the thought that she is dancing with the fish. :)

I could not sleep (it is 4:16am here) I thought I would pay you a visit.

Thank you for your comment on my blog - always like to hear what you feel when you see one of my paintings.

Have a great day.

Andrea, I am not a Pisces either, but I also adore this painting! The description is great fun and goes with the work so well. I love how you dedicate it to women!

You should do a series of these! Yes!

Danielle, there must have been something in the east coast US air last night...I wasn't sleeping either nor was my son! You were smart to get up to see if Andrea could play :)

And a new Snoopy! This is very cool!

Oh! This brought back a childhood memory ! As a child (4-5 yrs old) I would watch this cartoon show each afternoon and between the cartoons was this guy who (supposedly) would take a simple mark made by someone and sent in to him and create a drawing from it. I was so fascinated by him !!!!!

Thanks for the memory. I added you to my blog list of fascinating artists (I hope that is ok). Oh, and Miss Doodle too !!!!! Love her.

Wurzerl

Thanks for all your comments on this little drawing. Sometimes I'm in doubt because I do so many different things and think I should perhaps stick to one thing only in this blog. But perhaps it is not in my personality to do so. ARies? I don't know. I need to follow my instincts...However, I do try to make series, or sort of :) so that there may be coherence in my work. Oh well, you know what I mean..
Love
Andrea
